I did the sim prep with Paramount (
Flight Crew Leasing and Recruiting Services - Paramount Aviation Resources Group, Inc.). I had been furloughed since January, and was coming from the A320 and the CRJ. For me it was worth it. The materials they give you are much more in depth for the sim ride than what you will get from Parc (I went thru Crew, so YMMV). Now, do I think you need to be that in depth? No, not really, but for me it was great practice. We did the exact maneuvers and the instructor shared a bunch of tips.
Between this site and PPrune, there is a lot of gouge. Study that, but by all means, KNOW YOUR CURRENT AIRCRAFT! And by know, I mean in depth. Hint: Do you know, and can you explain, ALL the modes of the GPWS? I was asked that. I found the interview to be very technical and very aircraft oriented.
Good luck.
