I don't think anyone here is telling you to quit, just to make a choice. I know lots of pilots that have no intention of ever working for a union shop and wouldn't bat an eye at flying struck work. That's their choice and its one they'll have to live with. I personally don't want to risk my future jobs just for my current employer. I've got a long way to go in this career of mine and to get on a scab list now would severely limit my options in the future.

Perhaps that's why most of the scabs so far are either non-union or lifer pilots who don't have much to lose in this battle. However I think there are many of us that would rather hit the unemployment line now temporarily than to be left out in the cold later.

But again, that's just a personal choice. If you don't anticipate wanting to work in a union airline and have no moral objections to it then by all means, its your choice to make.
