Do you have an MBA in economics? The 50 seat does not lose money every time it takes off. bigger is NOT always better. XJT has proven the 50 seat can be a very profitable. Are you telling me that the 70 seat makes money on every flight?
You are very misguided if you think so. 50 seats will exist at every carrier until they COMPLETELY give up scope, and then, it's game over.
Whether UAL wants them or not, they are stuck with them.
