He has been having quarterly discussions with ALPA represented DCI carrier MEC chairmen. That's called the Joint Standing Committee. He'll probably be meeting with them again later this month in Memphis at the ALPA Fee For Departure task force meeting.

It's amazing the misinformation that creeps on these boards. You'd think a guy who knows ACL so well would fix that.
