Slow - OK I'm just not following your concern, you are going to have to be more specific.

Management hires pilots. Are you writing that Delta management has indicated a willingness to abide an enlargement of flow through agreements? If they have, I've missed it. In fact, last I heard management was a lot less than pleased with the idea of ceding their control over hiring Delta pilots.

Also, management promises of future employment have almost never been kept in this business. Again, I cite the example of the failures of flow through agreements at US Air, American and United. Pattern bargaining is one thing. When it leads to pattern failures I trust the smart (and we have some very smart people at D-ALPA) to lead us in a different direction.

For example, they did an outstanding job holding things together in our merger. They did a great job obtaining benefits for pilots in this transaction.

I'm just guessing at your point. Could you clarify with specificity?
