Hey Guys, I'm not quite sure how to go about doing this... If I wanted to nominate someone for say, FO rep, how would I go about doing that...?

I really want to get a freind of mine on the ALPA list, because he is not a severe douche rocket like NT and pals.

What form do I need to fill out to get him nominated?
