If your talking holding the line on more outsourcing I'd agree. If you're talking bringing current DCI flying on property, negotiating flow throughs, etc, I'd say pay restoration is ahead by a long shot, then QOL, then scope. We have Capts now making less than the FOs made pre-BK. Taking a big bite out of that is job #1.
