It sounds to you like it was worth the lower contract to go to arbitration. In that case, then there should not be complaints about the differences in DC and longevity. It seems like the guy that is complaining got his arbitration and now wants his money too.
I was comparing lists that were out on the initial offer by DALPA, our counter, and what we ended up with. I'm not complaining - each group did what they thought best represented their pilots. We couldn't meet in the middle, and it was decided for us.

It is what it is. I'm over it and not looking in the rear view - we have far too many future challenges we have to face together. My civil war reference is that it's over and we can't redo it, and despite some unhappiness - more with some than others - we will accomplish far more working together than arguing over what's over and done with
