Im being realistic bud, we make more as FOs on 2nd year pay than you do on 12th year pay , granted yeah CJC usually has quick upgrades, but regardless, you chose to work there so therefore you dont have any argument....and dont give me or anything the "whoa is me" BS "we are lucky to have contract negotiations, blah blah blah" .....you know what you were in for when you applied there.......ya we are all doin the same job and workin hard but you (Colgan and Pinnacle) have to find a way to bring things to the next level in this industry with your TAs and such....but judging by Pinnacles new TA which is useless it doesnt look like that is gonna happen.
