Your airline might have been the first one to offer you a job, it might have the best payrates in the industry, it may have a great contract.... great if that works for you. Colgan works for me for a multitude of reasons... it fits my needs for the time being. I won't disagree that there isn't room for vast improvement but thats why I am involved with the union.
You probably could have had a much bigger impact on the industry by bypassing one of the lowest paid airlines in the industry and went to a better one.
