Not all of us are dropped into an airline with a contract that
others had to fight for. You have zero reference on what it will take to build an airline to a decent place to work, you were given it by the sweat of others.
I personally could care less what anyone thinks of Colgan and our pilots. And for the Colgan pilots on this site, don't defend yourself or the reason you came to Colgan to anyone. You do not have to defend your decisions in life to a 24 year old regional F/O who thinks they know what is best for everyone.
