It's interesting as the ad says B747, but Hainan doesn't fly them. Their cargo arm, Yangtze River Express does. They also own Hong Kong Airlines/Express. YRE is definately recruiting, but be carefull as there is no basing outside China (they advertise LAX and LUX I think). That's from some American YRE guy's and is current as of last week.
