Eating low carb is not important. Eating GOOD carbs, and not BAD carbs, is important.
If it is white, it is bad. If you can get whole wheat noodles and rice, then those are good carbs and eat them all you want. Sometimes, it is not so easy to find whole wheat products.
The best choice then is veggies and fruits, and if you are into meat, seafood and anything but pig. Pig is a bad food-source for ALL human blood-types.
