ANYTHING in Japan at a reasonable price is hard...so what do you do? You pay through the nose to stick to your diet in Japan, that's what. Sashimi, Kobe beef, yakitori, soups (without noodles) like miso, eggs (tamago), grilled fish...all very good, but ya gotta pay...no way around it.
