If they sell of any of the wholly owned carriers at the moment or even merge them, they will have to renegotiate the ASA's they have. This is highly unlikely seeing that DAL wants more flexibility with its partners not less. If you ask me, I would think DAL is in the market to buy another wholly owned in the near future. They can park or add aircraft at will without the economics repercussions they have with other contract carriers. i.e. mesa.........
