That is the truth, I have been on the street since janurary and have lost count of the interviews I've had that start with are you subject to recall. Then we have the 200+ apps I never heard a word on, I had a HR person tell me once (she made it clear she would deny it if I said anything) that when they see you qualify for more than the jobs are paying they will not hire you because they know when things turn around you will jump ship for higher pay, so yes it is possible to be TOO QUALIFIED...it sux
