XJ CRJ200s should be headed to the paint shop, or someone is lying to the Comair guys...
Comair has generously loaned two CRJ200s to Pinnacle, two to Mesaba, and two to SkyWest. These are to cover their CRJ shortages while their other aircraft are being painted.
Comair is required to keep these aircraft to be in compliance with their pilot agreement, but nowhere in the agreement does it say they need to be flown. I guess loaning them to other DCIs is OK with Comair, Delta, and ALPA.
