I guess the reason I'm glad Skyhigh shares his side of the industry is because I was one of those who got into the industry without knowing "what the hell is going on". I had no drive or ambition, and I just happened upon aviation as something that might be fun to do. I've learned a lot about the industry since getting into it. I have had a good road so far because I work at a place where I am treated well. I have learned a lot about the state of the industry from this forum. So I am glad that Skyhigh tells his sad story. I'm glad I haven't yet had the same experience, but I don't want him to stop telling his story.
