Nice people but terrible hiring procedures.

I had a friend that interviewed with them several months ago. He was an Army retiree and had done everything Dynamic was hiring for. He was flying the 200 in the Army, been in the mideast, lived the life for over 20 years and is a great guy. They made him take a sim eval on a desk mounted 'toy simulator' (that is what he called it) they use and I guess it broke several times during the ride and other things didn't go well. Anyways, they called and said he did great at the interview but the sim ride was not good enough....lol.

This guy is an IP, IE, ME, MP, ATP, several jet types, helicopters, ect.. He can fly and has a proven record, he just couldn't fly a toy sim that day and they said no. So, be prepared.

The best prep would probably be to go to Walmart and buy a Tonka Toy sim and practice on it...lol. Good luck.

BTW, he is now in Afghanistan, flying for one of Dynamics competitors and making more money.
