You don't have industry standard pay rates. Horizon, Skywest, Republic, ASA, Comair, Expressjet, and American Eagle all have better pay and better contracts which actually mean more than the payscale itself. Who exactly are you matching with your "industry standard rates?"
Pay scales are only part of the equation, work rules are very important too and determine how much you can get out of that payscale.
Essentially you still fly the -700 at -200 rates.
Growth at the regionals is a bad thing for your career at a major. Growth of low budget places like GoJet is the worst form of growth there is and it causes the most damage to your long term career goals. You are replacing higher paid jobs with lower paid ones just to get to your captain's seat quicker.
