I wouldn't call 3 dollars more better pay. A skywest ca gets paid 69 dollars at 5th year for a CRJ9 vs 66 at Gojet 5th year for CRJ7. And places like ASA, American Eagle or Horizon 5th year pay for CA probably doesn't exist because no one can claim it the seat doesn't go that junior your still an fo. It's all relative. The contract is not the best but you credit well, block or better, days off that's all that matters. A 2 year old contract is not going to be ground breaking especially at a new regional airline.
