FDX Vacation Experts Question
I have read the contract and I cannot figure this out. I am asking for help from our vacation experts. I am trying to get my max vacation buyback for this year. (Something I never do, but in 4a2b times, I need the extra). I have max buy back of 52:48. I have a balance of 68 and change. My first trip in my line is 9:00. leaving 59 and change. My next trip, in which I would like to fly is 11:00. My question is: If I don't add the second trip to vacation, I know I will still get max buy back of 52:48, but will the remaining 7 hours go into a positive bank for next year, or do I lose it because I did not use it.
