From what I've seen, there are three types of FA's. I like to call them the three G's: Ghetto, Granny, and Gay.

With that said, trying to decide the Best FA's amongst the Regional carriers is like... well, it's a waste of time. Granted a few misguided hotties do stumble through once and a while, usually for very short periods of time.
