That might be how you feel it is but looking at the big picture there's no reason to think the they have anything to gain by keeping seniority list separate setting the stage for whipsaw. It's in everyone's best interest that things be well examined and handled with care where all precautions are taken. Rushing into things only leaves room for more mistakes. This deal needs to be done right, not right now. I understand the situation those at Midwest are in but the last thing I'd want my union to do is rush in without getting their ducks in a row.
