Not quite true. We do not have a monthly pay cap so nothing defines what overtime flying is.

We have lines that have in excess of 65 hours of carry over. It is possible to de-conflict and fly almost every day, but that is at straight time. That is currently by choice.

We do also have (As Mr dckozak said) have Volunteer and Draft. Volunteer is where you put yourself on a list. If you get a trip it is paid at 150%.
Draft is when Schedules is out of pilots and they are asking for help. They call you and say "Hey we are drafting for this trip to XYZ, do you want it?"
It pays 150%.
