It really sucks out there for qualified pilots. I recently hired a Falcon 20 crew for one of my airplanes. I had 10K+ hours GV, Global Express, BBJ guys beging for work. But management looks at these guys they say the same thing "as soon as the economy turns around these guys will go back to flying their big corporate airplanes with there big corporate paychecks". There are jobs out there in corporate world but you have to be typed, have time and be 135 current. On a good note, it has gotten noticably better from six months ago. I have heard some rumors of airlines starting to hire againg mid to late 2010 but mostly to replace the 65+ pilots. Good Luck!!
