A year, who told you that? You are going to be highly disappointed when you come here and expect all that and it doesnt happen. Your buddy should do you some justice and tell you how it truly is at Compass. Im not saying it is the worst place to work but you expectations are a bit high to be honest with you. There is no one upgrading in a year. If they are telling you that in the interview its a lie. The latest set of Captain upgrades have been here 1 year and 8 months. And as for going to DAL after getting hired here and then upgrading in a year, wont happen. Im not saying the flow up wont happen but if you are hired today, it will take you at least 4 years to flow up if it start today. Go do some research before you come here
