If you left, why are you still here? The only logical explanation is that in your heart you wish you were still here. Best of luck, and remember if you're going to continue your preaching about the negatives, a little positive re-enforcement may actually help your cause; otherwise, you're just a bitter old man to the "naive" masses...sorry to be direct like this, but it's the truth. I do wish I was still flying but I am a grown up now with a family to support. The low wages that the regionals offer is short of what one needs for a fully funded and responsible family life. Additionally, now that I know what kind of life the world offers outside of the poverty hotel hell it would be difficult to go back to just any employer.

Thanks for the direct approach. I appreciate the commentary.
