I cant tell if you are being sarcastic or not. Everyone that is getting hired is already meeting the upgrade minimms. As of today, there are about 170 Captains of about 370 total pilots. Based on what you are saying if i get hired now and in a few weeks, there will be 200 upgrades in a year. That would be great if it happens but I'm going to say it is highly unlikely. Is this what they are telling guys that are interviewing. The most Junior Captain has a hired date of Feb 2008. Dont believe the lie that if you get hired now you will be a CA in a year. Unless Delta start flowing up and Compass start getting more plane I dont see that happening.
