Since JB is selling some acft these might be possible DAL acquisitions? Also buying JB whole would solve the JFK terminal issue

I don't know why the aircraft are parked in MSP, but buying JBLU
would not solve the terminal issue. Their terminal is a beautiful
domestic terminal that isn't configured for widebodies/customs clearance. If I'm not mistaken, their international flights use Terminal 4 customs.
