Not really workable.... more realistic would be standardized procedures based on equipment.... in other words a type rating obtained while flying at Company A on XYZ equipment is the exact same procedures as a type rating from Company B,C, D.... on the same equipment.... in other words, national standardized procedures... toss company specific manuals out the window and everybody fly per the MANUFACTURES manual...

ONE LEVEL of SAFETY, ONE LEVEL of TRAINING, ONE LEVEL of STANDARDS....
