At World, hours over gty (65hours) is straight pay, days off fall into 3 catagories for the most part. Bidline day off not received is 1/30 base monthly pay, day off resulting in less than 12 off in the month is 1/18 base monthly, and a there is another situation that results in 1/9 base. All of those rates are on top of straight hourly pay.
