So they/we do the unstacking thing, too. I figured as much. With us, if you were in the top 1/2 you could pretty much avoid the holidays. But, I would guess with the combined system, getting the holidays off would go a little more junior.
I would have less of a juniority problem if I went to MSP. But, if I go up there I would have a warmth problem.

You could always put in an if not off then reserve preference. So you bid your normal line and say that if you don't get the holiday off then you want to bid reserve. Then bid a reserve line off that has the holiday off and whatever else you want. If your the top half then for sure this will work as you would be the top reserve guy. If your to the bottom of the line guys then you could add that if you bid reserve and pbs sees that your not going to get the holiday off then you want to go back to a line. That way you don't have to sacrifice having a line just to maybe get a holiday off on reserve.
