I don't know what your approved procedures are based on but if you're using the Boeing FCOM, both the QRH and Volume I will have easy to use charts and one can easily extract the numbers you need.

Having used both speed cards and the Boeing FCOM, the latter is much easier to use and in my view, a better option.
