Thanks, Phantom.

We are a one airplane airline hastily thrown together to operate on a government contract. As such we are a "public use" airline subject to very few rules. We don't even follow Part 91 in some situations. We don't have or need approval for much of anything. (Typical bottom feeder but there is not much else out there right now.) Our manuals and documents were collected from a variety of sources and don't necessarily match the aircraft we operate so I am not sure we even have the information to which you refer. To be fair, we are in the process of acquiring a Part 125 certificate and will have to tighten things up eventually. For now let's say we are. . . um . . . less than professional.

I am away from the operation for about a week but when I get back I will try and dig deeper for the information you mentioned.
