Just because I used your quote for my response doesn't mean all of my response comes from what you said. Yes, you did not say stupid. But others were questioning whether or not we had proper situational awareness. I would love to fly our proper profiles all the time. But because of RJ's that have to do 180 kts or whatever all the way to the runway because their wing design is so jacked up at slow speeds and ATC knows that the Dash is designed and fully capable of SAFELY handling those types of approaches. I pride myself if always considering saftey as my number one priority.
