by Aerospace do you mean Aerospace Engineering or Flight? institutions name their flight programs differently like Flight Science or Aeronautical Science but its all the same thing.

If it is flight, Embry-Riddle worldwide has a BS in Professional Aeronautics and a management minor.

I don't know of any online institution that provides a BS in Aerospace Engineering but you could look around. It would seem kind of impossible since you need allot of hands on experience to complete an engineering degree.

And about your ratings, it varies for each institution but for my school, (SLU), depending on your proficiency the school waives the credits so you don't have to retake the courses. However, if your school does not allow this, you probably won't have to retake the courses since you already have the ratings but you might have to take other courses to achieve the credit requirement.
