Every regional out there should be demanding JetBlue wages on the E-190. JetBlue has taken the lead in this industry and is treating the E-190 as a mainline aircraft. All the legacies should be making the E-190 part of their mainline.
Agreed. Look at Air Canada and US Airways as well. I'm not sure what either of them pay, but at least it's mainline pilots doing the flying. I'm down for regional flying (ie; ORD-SBN, ORD-SPI, ORD-ATW) but some of this stuff is just going crazy (ie; ORD-AUS, ORD-ABQ, ORD-MIA). While it's exciting for me to do some of that flying, I'd rather stick to the regional flights and wait to do that stuff until (if) I get to a major. This has gotten really out of control.
