From what I hear from a good source (FAA) Its about 7 -12% increase for Scheduled Carriers. 20% -25% Increase for non-sched, Supp, Cargo, Etc...
Also, they are pushing for a 1 Qtr 2010 ruling, but will likely see them go into effect 3rd or 4th Qtr of 2010
