GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. - A Gwinnett County man said he feels like a "two-time victim" of the flood.
First, a sinkhole swallowed up his car. Then, thieves broke in and stole the CD's, DVD's and clothes he had inside. Ira Strong said he now feels like he now has to watch his car all the time. Making matters worse, he can't find a towing company willing to pull it out. Strong drove into the sinkhole Saturday morning as he left for work. Stong said someone had removed the orange barrels -- exposing drivers to the crater. Road officials are investigating the incident. Officials did not say when the car would be recovered from the sinkhole.
