The jumpseat ban, I don't know, I guess in my view that's an action that should be used sparingly and only against people who've crossed a picket line, etc? I mean, if we use your analogy Gojet situation was even worst as that airline's sole reason for being formed was to bypass TSA's union. I agree it is not the fault of the pilots, but something makes me queasy at the thought of giving a non-ALPA pilot a lift to work to fly the completely out-sourced work of ALPA pilots.
It may not be their fault, but I don't buy the "just following orders" stuff either. Work for someone evil and you risk the fallout of being associated with them. No rides for RAH pilots on my JS.
