You know what, it is the fault of the pilots. Using the excuse that they were just doing what management told them to doesn't hold water. I left a mainline job because it had degraded into something that in my opinion was intolerable. We all need to take a stand and refuse to fly under these crummy contracts while our CEOs take home tons of cash for being complete failures at their jobs. As for the RAH pilots, the fact that they are willing to take all this flying from other pilots frankly makes me sick.
