Be very careful on this move package stuff.

It also says that you pay back the entire amount of the move package if you bid to another airframe and your training date or activation date is within 12 months of your activation on the airplane/bid you took the move package on. Example--I get excessed out of Anchorage to the Boeing. I take move package 1 and move to Memphis. I activate in the Boeing in Jan 2010. I can't have any training date or activation on anything else until Jan 2011. You can see how if we have a cleanup bid in the Spring and I want to go back to the MD in ANC, my activation date needs to be after Jan 2011 or I pay the entire move back to the company. What do you think of my chances of having an activation date either pretty quick, or in Dec 2010, just to get that money back? Pretty good I'd be willing to bet.

This is not ideal.

Rumor--OR has told atleast one person that I know that he intends to not force anyone to pay anything back and that they will be free to bid where they want without penalty as we move forward next year. Anybody else hearing this?
