I'll rent you a bunk in my Detroit camper after DCC. I'm still thinking a VW Camper, but for Detroit I'm partial to those fiberglass GMC things ... if we can find one that hasn't caught fire and melted.
The trick is going to be refueling the generator. I don't think they'll let me on to airport property with 5 gallon gas cans and I have no intention of registering or driving the thing once it reaches the apogee of its crappy existence in the Detroit employee lot.
Up there you will need nice warm camper. Not one like you could use down here. It gets mighty cold!
I was thinking more like a city block of these houses that are up for grabs at 5K a pop. But a city block and make it DAL low rent housing. Put a security fence around it, and a few fast food joint, a dry cleaners, and a few bars here and there, and you could retire in about a week!
