Anyone know if DL is fighting the sham "holding company" setup to cancel the RAH contract and stop funding the competition? If you sign a contract then become a completely different company it seems like DL would be able to shift the flying elsewhere then at least have the lawyers hold the thing in court until RAH couldn't stand it anymore. I wouldn't want to be the lawyer defending the holding company setup when my company has one pilot list for all its "companies". FWIW, I'd love to see DL pilots do something for the Midwest pilots as fellow ALPA members.
