Also, "we will only fly single pilot on non passenger legs" does not cut it. You set the standard so low, there is no way to save the sinking ship.
Be smart, do it right, hire an experienced PIC, you passengers deserve better.

Okay. Apparently you did not read the man's complete post. Miss the part about 500 TP time? Sounds like this gentleman has paid his dues, is going about it properly. I'd rather have this guy flying me instead of the 350 hr wonders at the regional I worked at learning to fly the jungle jet. Just how many hours did YOU have when they let you go in a jet? Just curious...
