The Pappadeaux lunch buffet is a good deal, 2 meals for about $10 plus it is fresh. The Bourbon chicken is good but their rice sucks.
And if all else fails, there is always the Galley
The buffet there is tasty. I've heard they used to give employees a discount as well. It creeps me out though because its always crowded and gets me claustrophobic trying enjoy all that fried food.
The galley is too. Fried spicy chicken sandwich is tasty.
