When it came to sorting out your salary & benefits, how did you arrive at the benefits side of things.

My specific question relates to per diems and bonuses.

On what basis/information do you derive your bonus figure ?

If anyone has any suggestions, v. appreciated.

I come from a regional background so a bit unfamiliar with the corp side of things.
