GoJet doesn't undercut RAH and if you go there you become part of the problem. They are the worst regional out there and they are enablers for management to drive labor costs ever lower.
I know you don't like RAH but none of their pilots went there with the sole intention of undercutting another labor group, particularly yours. GoJet was created for the sole purpose of undercutting another labor group. Everyone who has been hired at GoJet knows what it represents and what they are enabling their management to do.
You act like the RAH pilots were standing in line waiting to get hired so that they could fly E-190s at Midwest, that simply isn't the case. I'm sure there are a few there that are excited about the E-190s but most I've met and talked to are not. I think it's unfair for you to expect them to quit their jobs when they didn't intend to take yours. Could they be doing more to help out your group? Probably, but comparisons to GoJet at this point are too early and uncalled for. If they fail to get decent rates for the E-190s then you can be ****ed at them all you want.
Whatever you do, DON'T GO TO GOJET. I will walk your resume into ASA if we start hiring again at some point, but even ASA should be a last choice for you. You are a mainline pilot with a lot of experience and you'll eventually be able to find another job at a mainline carrier. It sucks that you'll have to start over but unfortunately life isn't always fair.
