Maybe so. But one of the arguments the company is putting forth is they only have so much flying to put on our lines and only so many folks are needed for reserve. The large number of extra trips and big carryover is undeniable proof the lines are lower than they should be.
Well, that may have some bearing on which side wins the grievance, but will be immaterial to any settlement amount. I'm with the posters above. The most you can expect is the difference between your monthly BLG and the CBA minimums of 68/85 CH. That assumes there is even a monetary settlement awarded. They could just tell the company to stop doing what they're doing and go back to 68/85 from here on out.
